SMX is looking for a Consultant to support SBA with financial and loan reporting development. 

This is a TEMPORARY position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: 

• Development and support of SBA financial and loan reporting utilizing SBA reporting tools and leveraging various data sources, including FMS and JAAMS
• Automate various reports and ad-hoc tasks related to data extraction and manipulation
• Document the process of each budget report that is produced manually to map out the workflows
• Develop fully automated reporting tools that significantly reduce human errors and decrease reporting process time from hours to minutes
• Design modeling logic for forecasting spending levels and risk management metrics for certain financial assistance programs

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Clearance Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience with various SBA reporting tools and understanding of federal loan and financial reporting
• Experience with report automation, building, extracting, transforming & loading queries to deliver required data directly from the source Oracle database, improving data consistency
• Python, SQL, Azure, Jira, Linux, Tableau
