About the position:
As a Content Developer,Β you will be required to create external-facing articles for our Knowledge Base. You will maintain and enhance chatbot workflows to enable customer self-service and drive automation in a fast-growing and product-driven company.
What you can expect to do:
- Work closely with the Product Marketing and Tech Support teams to develop product user guides that explain G-P/ Globalization Partners platform functionalities
- Design chatbot workflows, as well as create product tours in Intercom to help customers navigating G-P/ Globalization Partners platform
- Maintain Intercom resolution bot up to date and enhance answers based on data analysis
- Send mass email campaigns to customers and professionals
- Create scripts for video tutorials, capture screens, add captions, and audio
- Manage audit with key stakeholders across Global Operations and Product to ensure successful knowledgebase management and enablement.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ yearsβ experience as a content creator in prior roles
- Project management experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task, work proactively and independently
- Experience in video guide creation
- Preferred experience in creating successful chatbot workflows and product tours
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira/Atlassian
- Proficient user of Camtasia, Photoshop, and Audition with desirable Microsoft Speech experience
