About the Role

We are looking for our first Content Marketing Manager to join our team to help our Head of Marketing define our content strategy. You will have an innate ability to translate marketing concepts into creative direction and contribute to the development of unique content ideas across a variety of platforms. This individual will love to dive deep into researching and understanding not only our customers, but the H-2A program regulations. You will help us identify the best way to engage, persuade, and support the launches of marketing campaigns. You’ll know explicitly how to deliver our Seso brand into the various channels that we use!

Responsibilities

  • Create content schedule in accordance with other marketing plans and initiatives 
  • Produce content in support of individual team objectives like Sales, Implementation and Product
  • Develop content plans to ensure that all content created follows the Seso brand strategy, voice and product value propositions 
  • Deliver content beyond traditional media and find new ways to capture our customers
  • Research and stay up to date on the latest changes to H-2A and trends in agriculture
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content
  • Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
  • Provide leadership with marketing analytics and data to showcase successful campaigns or areas where there’s opportunity 

Skillsets

  • At least 3 years in writing, communication or content management
  • Degree in Journalism, Communication or Marketing is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the H-2A program required 
  • Proven track record of creating compelling and engaging stories across multiple platforms
  • Expert multitasker with the ability to pivot when needed
  • Strong understanding of how to drive digital traffic
  • Strong writing skills and a proven track record for getting results on initiatives
  • You have a demonstrable interest in agriculture and improving the lives of farmers and farmworkers
  • You can speak Spanish (bonus)
