We're not looking for a writer. We're looking for someone who thinks like an architect.

This role exists to build Siro's content engine from the ground up by designing the systems workflows and AI infrastructure that make great content inevitable at scale. You'll define what gets made for whom and why then build the machinery that produces it fast.

What you'll own

Content strategy and systems

  • Define and maintain Siro's content roadmap across all formats: blog social case studies video scripts sales enablement and thought leadership

  • Develop a deep understanding of Siro's many audiences (field sales reps sales leaders ops executives vertical-specific buyers) and build a briefing structure and prioritization framework that keeps every piece of content anchored to audience and outcome

  • Build and manage AI-powered workflows that enable high-quality content production at scale

  • Develop and maintain a content operations infrastructure: intake and ticketing editorial calendar production tracking and distribution logic all built to run agentically

  • Establish editorial standards brand voice guidelines and quality criteria that the entire org can write to with AI-powered workflows that keep every piece of content accountable to those standards

  • Partner with the data team to surface patterns from Siro's conversation intelligence and shape them into content-worthy narratives

  • Own SEO AEO and GEO strategy: build content that ranks in traditional search surfaces in AI-generated answers and gets cited as a credible source

  • Build an experimentation framework to test content types across different audiences and personas then systematically scale what works

AI workflow development and enablement

  • Act as the team's AI content lead: building iterating and documenting workflows that others can run independently

  • Enable cross-functional partners (SDRs AEs customer success product) to produce quality content using the systems you build

  • Systematize distribution by creating repeatable workflows for spinning up LinkedIn posts ad copy email copy and other derivative formats from core content

  • Build a repeatable system for extracting maximum value from every piece of content: turning a webinar into a blog post a blog post into a series of bite-sized social posts a guide into FAQs and so on across every format that makes sense

  • Stay current on the AI content tooling landscape and continuously improve what we're building

  • Move fast: speed to execution is a core expectation of this role not a nice-to-have

Editorial oversight and quality

  • Know what great looks like and hold the rest of the company to that standard: you'll be the one setting the bar building the systems that maintain it and working cross-functionally to get everyone aligned to it

  • Serve as the final editorial lens on everything that ships with a strong enough point of view to push back when something doesn't meet your high standards

  • Ghostwrite and edit for executives and subject matter experts translating their ideas into sharp audience-ready content

  • Manage contractors and agencies when production needs to scale

Measurement

  • Define and own the metrics that matter: engagement (shares views downloads time on page) leads generated from content and content-influenced pipeline dollars

  • Build a system that tracks performance across all content types making it easy to see clearly and quickly what's working and what's not

  • Report on content performance to leadership on a regular cadence

  • Track and report on SEO and AEO metrics: rankings organic traffic share of AI-generated answer appearances and referral quality

  • Use performance data to prioritize roadmap decisions and iterate on workflows

What we're looking for
  • 5-8+ years in content marketing ideally at B2B SaaS companies

  • A strategist and editor first: someone with a strong editorial instinct who's more interested in building systems than writing drafts

  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted content workflows (not just using AI to write faster but designing repeatable systems around it)

  • Familiarity with agentic tooling: you should have opinions about what Claude Cowork or similar platforms can and can't do

  • Proven ability to build content programs from scratch including the infrastructure that makes them scale

  • Experience managing editorial calendars intake processes and cross-functional content requests

  • Strong grasp of SEO AEO and content distribution: you understand how to build content that gets found and cited

  • Bias toward speed: you make decisions with incomplete information ship and iterate

  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment
