Content Operations Associate

Job overview: We are looking for an Content Operations Associate to join our B2C Marketing team. You will be responsible for the project management and coordination of B2C marketing creative requests and content production into our external agencies and internal stakeholders, driving projects forward and making sure projects are on time and on budget. This role is essential in bringing assets to market for our enrollment engine, a key business metric for Omada. The ideal candidate will have worked in either project management or traffic in a marketing or advertising environment with basic knowledge of design tools. This role will be pivotal to ensuring quality marketing campaigns are being deployed on time and at scale.
About you:
- 3 yrs in project management or traffic manager working with marketers, designers and creative agencies in content production
- Design skills: basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent with sharp eye for details, QA and proofreading, enforcing content standards and guidelines across files
- Self-starter and quick learner able to pick up use of new tools with ease and eager to go above and beyond the initial task requested
- Crave executing well-honed processes with an eye for continuous improvement to the content lifecycle
- Are a bridge builder and value fostering collaboration, enjoy working cross functionally with creative and marketing, and operational teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Adobe WorkFront, DAM, CMS solutions, marketing automation platforms
Your impact:
- Work with cross functional teams to create detailed content schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
- Facilitate and/or distribute creative assignments to creative agency based on content production needs ensuring agency is properly briefed with all the needed resources
- Give progress updates on existing projects, proactively communicating any risk, issues, or changes to plan
- Monitor creative projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Maintain tasks and projects in our project management and workflow tools
- Work with other internal stakeholders to ensure necessary approvals are obtained
- Perform light edits to creative assets using Adobe and other content management tools
- Manage organization, distribution and life cycle of creative files in CMS/Sales Enablement tools

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $77,600 - $97,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $69,840 - $87,300*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
