Contract Management Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide assistance to clients on queries related to overall finance operations
• Perform purchase order creation and changes
• Provide support to supplier onboarding and account issues
• Provide invoice support (eg vendors claiming nonpayment, proof of payment, status of payment, expedited payment requests)
• Analyze miscellaneous checks, wire transfers, claims, reimbursements, and other payment questions
• Performs preventive checks (contract validation)
• Prepare root cause analysis and mitigation plan for process defects
• Focus on continuous process improvements and value adding activities
• Create or update procedure manuals and ensure details are updated and accurate
• Perform customer account reconciliation
