Contracts Associate

As a Contracts Associate, you’ll partner with teams across Dropbox including marketing, finance, sales, brand, and engineering. Under the supervision of our attorneys, you’ll negotiate important contracts, collaborate closely with our customers, partners, and suppliers, and help us build our legal infrastructure.

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a legal assistant, corporate paralegal or in a similar job function who has contracts, transactional, and negotiation experience.
