Job Description

Transfr is on a mission to create alternative pathways to career success. Our hands-on simulation-based training provides people with the skills they need to enter or reenter the workforce, enabling them to have a better quality of life. Our technology gives immersive training that the user absorbs much more readily than video tutorials, slide presentations, and other training methods.

We believe the future starts with innovative workplace training and hands-on skills development. We’re building bridges between schools, workplaces, and governments to make jobs more accessible and create a better tomorrow, today.

This is an exciting time! Demand for VR skills-based training has never been higher. Our startup is in hyper growth mode, scaling in every direction. We are looking for people that possess a true love for learning and have a burning desire to contribute to outcomes that change the world.

Reporting to Transfr’s Associate General Counsel, the Contracts Manager will have experience in contracts management and legal project management, including contract lifecycle management, negotiating and editing standard contracts with prospective customers, current customers, and vendors. Your main KPIs will involve timeliness and quality of legal reviews, contract lifecycle management and satisfaction with your work product by fellow employees.

As a Contracts Manager, you will interact with stakeholders across the business and work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit and prepare a variety of commercial agreements including NDAs, Vendor agreements, MSAs and Consulting agreements in line with Company standards.
  •  Managing Legal tickets through workflows - pushing tickets along; speaking with submitters as needed to ensure ticket details are correctly filled in
  • Monitoring requests in the asklegal slack channel
  • Managing completion of customer forms (forms provided by customers often require cross-organization collaboration to complete; and also for pursuing relevant employees as needed to ensure timely completion of each document).
  •  Acting as CLM admin

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting commercial deals
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple contract reviews and negotiations simultaneously.
  • Prior experience utilizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as SpringCM or Ironclad to streamline contract workflows, track versions, and ensure compliance with contract timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using productivity and collaboration tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and DocuSign e-signature service.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary this role may be eligible additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.

In Closing:

If you're looking to make a big difference in the lives of others, we invite you to join us on our mission to make learning more intuitive by helping individuals develop the skills they need for career success.

Be a part of creating pathways to prosperity by helping to develop training simulations to teach skills that lead to well-paying jobs, for all.
