Controller

BMW & Mini of the Main Line located in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller MUST have at least 2 years of Auto Industry experience and will manage the accounting operations and staff of the dealership. · Train and manage accounting office staff · Oversee all financial aspects of the dealership including banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, deal posting, title work · Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures · Monthly reconciliations · Monthly close through the preparation of the financial statements · Other duties as needed · 2 years of Automotive Controller or Dealership Office Manager experience required. · Proficient with CDK and Microsoft Office · Proven leadership abilities · College degree a plus Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. 401k Plan.
