The Human Resources Coordinator - Service Delivery serves as a critical point of contact for employees, people leaders and HR partners to gather, input, and audit employee data and people processes. As an integral member of the HR Service Delivery team, the HR Services Coordinator has a key role driving critical and time-sensitive processes to ensure compliance and superior customer service.
How you can make a difference:
- Communicate with and resolve employee and manager inquiries to the HR Services inbox, serving as Tier 1 HR service delivery solution for daily issues/questions about standard HR processes
- Provide timely support for employee, business and HR partner requests regarding people processes, data requests, data entry, HRIS troubleshooting and standard reporting
- Administer and maintain employee records, recurring HR people processes, taking ownership of the data entry of people processes in VillageMD HRIS system, including but not limited to processing, auditing, and entering staff and transaction data while reviewing for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain tasks related to new hires and transfers – including but not limited to I-9 processing, memos, report tracking, compensation changes
- Maintain the Exit/Offboarding process – including but not limited to creating exit memos, answering basic questions, communicating with other departments to ensure timely and transparent coordination
- Ensure confidentiality of all Employee records in compliance with HIPPA and internal policies

Experience to drive change:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR shared services and HR systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite including Word and PowerPoint as well as advanced Excel, including ability to manipulate data using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, time management and the ability to problem solve in a logical manner
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively engage with internal and external vendors (both verbal and written)
- Experience with HRIS systems, including entering data, customizing fields, running reports, working with vendors

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $28.00. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
