Coordinator Human Resources

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems and transactions ensuring smooth accurate and timely processing that keeps the business operating efficiently.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including but not limited to job postings onboarding communications status changes and offboarding processes delivering a seamless employee experience at every stage.
• Initiate and manage a variety of HR requests including compensation analyses employment agreements organizational changes and other employee-related actions partnering cross-functionally to drive timely completion.
• Process employee payment requests and collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy compliance and on-time delivery.
• Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives including large-scale communications event logistics and tracking/reporting on participation and outcomes.
• Proactively step into project coordination or leadership roles as needed supporting both local HR initiatives and broader company-wide projects with strong organization and follow-through.
• Research and respond to ad hoc inquiries from the HR team business leaders and employees synthesizing information and delivering clear timely and well-informed insights or solutions.
• Contribute creative ideas and execution support for employee engagement efforts helping to design and deliver programs that enhance the employee experience across the full work lifecycle.
• Maintain and audit HR data integrity ensuring systems reports and organizational charts are accurate up-to-date and consistent across business units.
• Leverage data to generate insights and tell a clear story producing meaningful reports and metrics to support decision-making for a complex organization of 1000+ employees across multiple locations.
• Support compliance and operational excellence by staying informed on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices helping the West Coast Studio Operations team and HR stay proactive and audit-ready.
• Train and support business partners and employees on HR processes and tools including timekeeping onboarding practices and system usage promoting consistency and self-sufficiency.

• 1+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

• Union experience

• Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
• Strong in interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels
• Someone who demonstrates accountability thinks critically independently and presents solutions
• A self-starter who takes initiative
• Resourceful and able to anticipate/see around corners
