The position requires a strong focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and relationship-building to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and support continuous service enhancements. Acting as both a client advocate and subject matter resource, you will help ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to IRB best practices. This is a remote opportunity suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured, mission-driven environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for IRB clients, providing timely, accurate, and high-quality support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding, training, and system demonstrations to ensure effective use of IRB platforms and processes.
  • Apply working knowledge of IRB requirements, including submission standards and regulatory guidance, to assist clients effectively.
  • Document, track, and analyze client interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, escalate concerns when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in process improvement discussions and contribute ideas to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support project work and additional assignments related to client experience and service delivery optimization.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience with relevant industry background.
    • 2+ years of experience in IRB, clinical research, healthcare, or a related regulated environment.
    • Strong understanding of IRB processes, FDA and OHRP regulations, and informed consent standards preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
    • Ability to evaluate situations, apply sound judgment, and escalate appropriately when needed.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or client management systems.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with teams.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $66,974, depending on experience and location.
      • Potential eligibility for performance-based bonus compensation.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • Paid holidays and generous paid time off policies.
      • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
      • Exposure to clinical research operations and regulatory compliance environments.
      • Professional development opportunities within a growing healthcare-focused organization.
      • Inclusive workplace culture emphasizing collaboration, ethics, and continuous improvement.
