JSSI Parts & Leasing (JPL) owns 75,000 lines of stock to support JSSI’s Hourly Cost Maintenance Programs, our Supply Chain Solution Customers, and 3rd party customers. The Cores Administrator is responsible for all core return activity for internal and 3rd party customers. This position is located at our Hebron, KY warehouse, but can also be remote. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Run reports for open cores using AvSight and Salesforce. 
  • Track vendor core returns using vendor websites.
  • Prepare core return documents.
  • Follow up with internal and external customers for on time return.
  • Coordinate with sales and accounting team to bill late and non-returned cores.
  • Update systems with notes and status.
  • Ensure all transactions are closed out in AvSight and Salesforce. 
  • Provide updates to management of core status.
  • Make improvements to internal processes to support core returns.
  • Follow up on warranty requests and RMAs
  • Provide backup to repair coordinator position:
  • Create repair orders for items from stock.
  • Follow up on open repairs.
  • Review vendor quotes.
  • Domestic travel may be required; approximately 10-15 days per year.
  • All other duties as required. 

Required Credentials

  • 2+ Years Experience in Aviation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong customer communication skills. 

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or Engineering field
  • Knowledge of AvSight
  • Experience with business aviation
  • Knowledge of airframe and power plants
