- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
- Greet welcome and sign-in guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Assist employees
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email/Gchat
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the
- Order office kitchen & facilities supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing photocopying transcribing and faxing
- Administer all catering orders
- Partner with Facilities to coordinate all event operations (preparation
- Perform final checks on the day of the event (space tables technology etc.) to ensure
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Collect and evaluate feedback from each event
- Book travel
- Submit expenses
- Calendar management
- Caricatures Administration
- Other projects may be assigned
- Other tasks may be assigned
