Position Overview
The Corporate Applications Manager drives strategic technology initiatives and programs by leading and tracking progress toward critical milestones throughout the planning, scheduling, and implementation phases. This role focuses on driving outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders across the entire organization.

• Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and external partners to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline for new initiatives
• Creates application roadmaps aligned with overall Corporate strategies that provide clear direction on the technology and process initiatives to achieve corporate goals
• Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Work with project managers, both internal and external, to develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
• Prepare program reports for Senior Leadership
• Manages strategic vendor/partner relationships. Works with Procurement to negotiate licensing and support.
• Interviews, hires, and manages consultants to support/implement new technology.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Paylocity Core Values
• Other duties as assigned
