Corporate Development & Strategy Associate

• Drive structured analysis for top-priority strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A Market Entry Growth levers Competitive Positioning).
• Build Executive-ready deliverables: clear narratives decision memos and presentations.
• Collaborate with RevOps/Sales Ops and Finance to quantify revenue impact and operational implications of new business initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships across teams to gather inputs validate assumptions and align stakeholders.
• Operate effectively under shifting priorities with high responsiveness and low ego.

• Strategic Projects: Recognized as a substantial contributor on multiple leadership-level strategic initiatives.
• M&A Support: Consistently delivers high-quality diligence materials that speed communication around decision-making and improve confidence in targets.
• Executive Storytelling: Earns trust for clear compelling narratives - synthesizes messy inputs into a sharp "so what."
• Cross-functional Influence: Builds durable partnerships across the business reliably getting to the right data and alignment quickly.

• 2+ years' experience in top-tier consulting or investment banking ideally with Tech/SaaS exposure.
• Strong business acumen: Market Sizing Business Case modeling KPI analysis ROI frameworks.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong executive presence.
• High learning agility and curiosity.
• Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR NRR CAC/LTV pipeline retention) and product/GTМ motion preferred but not necessary.
• Experience building Board and Executive level materials.
• Familiarity with latest Technology trends and ability to communicate implications effectively.
