MNTN is looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager that can work in the weeds but can also see the bigger picture to ensure our company’s financial health is always the top priority. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, navigate deadlines and be a team player will help drive the company’s financial growth into the future. - Assist with budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting.
- Assist with compliance reporting to our lending partners.
- Develop financial projections and build financial models to include forecasted balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.
- Track, develop, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s and financial reports.
- Review and analyze financial reports and financial performance.
- Ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management as needed.
- Provide audit ready schedules and communicate with external auditors.
- Collaborate and provide financial guidance to other internal teams/departments/projects.
- Assist in business plans, board meeting prep, board books and other presentations.
- Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose and implement solutions and process efficiencies for our growing business.
- 10+ years of FP&A work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related work experience
- Experience with developing guidance & working with external analysts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, expert in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced growing tech startup environment.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and take on ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting.
- Public Company experience with exposure to SEC filings would be a plus
- CPA or MBA preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred
