Corporate Mobility Associate
Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides end‑to‑end operational support across a broad range of mobility processes, including but not limited to:
- Provide end‑to‑end operational support for Destination Services (DS) activities for inbound travelers to the Philippines, in accordance with established processes
- Support no‑immigration‑required national cases, including:
- Preparation of Port of Entry (POE) letters
- Processing of IRWP requirements
- Coordination and tracking of intermittent traveler cases
- Process allowances through DLW based on approved policies and standard guidelines
- Prepare and maintain cross‑border agreement documentation following defined templates and instructions
- Execute batch processing activities related to travel start dates, end dates, and case closures
- Monitor and support de‑registration activities using Daily Exit Reports to ensure accurate tracking and timely updates to the Immigration team
- Support and monitor the Stealth process in line with defined controls and escalation guidelines
- Initiate and coordinate billing‑related activities by working with relevant internal stakeholders and following standard procedures
Educational Requirement:
Must have:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience
Skills and Work Experience
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:
- At least 1 year of work experience of mobility operations
- Must have experience in reporting or compliance activities, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledgeable in MS office skills especially in MS Excel
Good to have
- Reporting and Compliance-related work experience, BPO-setting
