Corporate Paralegal

About the Role:

 Snap! Mobile, Inc is seeking a dynamic Corporate Paralegal who will work with matters of corporate law and compliance. They will provide day-to-day support to the business through contract review and management, performing legal research, supporting the legal department operations and administration, addressing compliance and regulatory matters, and other projects.

The perfect candidate is proactive, detailed-oriented, team player with the ability to work well independently and maintain a high level of attention to all details and timeliness of deadlines. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various stakeholders and keeping all important documents organized. They will report directly to Legal Counsel.

This is Full-Time, Hybrid role that is located in or near the Seattle, WA area.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Take the extra mile and interact with internal stakeholders to keep track of progress and to ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations
• Track payment of invoices for existing vendor/customer contracts
• Review contracts and provide additional resources, as necessary
• Assist in coordination of contract compliance, tracking of contract dates
• Provide support to attorney through all phases of corporate deals and operations
• Track the status of contracts and hold responsible parties accountable for agreed upon deadlines and terms
• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload
• Database management of all relevant documents

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities in a Paralegal:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of experience working as a Corporate Paralegal
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Must be able to work unsupervised and have excellent time management skills.
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new subject matter quickly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
