The Basics:
Tanium is looking for talented and energetic individuals to be part of our fast-growing Corporate Sales team. The Corporate Sales Manager will report to the VP of Global Corporate Sales and manage a team of 8 Corporate Account Executives. This motivated and driven individual will split their time between recruiting, developing, building, and interacting with customers. The Corporate Sales Manager role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to drive high velocity, high impact projects at a very exciting time for the company. What you’ll do:
- Develop and retain an inside sales team (Corporate Account Executives) who consistently achieve their quota
- Excellent ability to forecast, set goals/objectives, build repeatable processes and lead from the front
- Collaborate with field sales, partner, and marketing management teams to build strategies for your business
- Conduct weekly or bi-monthly 1:1s to monitor progress, provide feedback, and address team challenges and opportunities while keeping team focused on business objectives
- Work closely with VP of Global Corporate Sales to build a world class program and execute a defined career development plan for the Corporate Account Executives
- Work in conjunction with the enablement business partners to ensure appropriate learning objectives and opportunities are provided to your team
- Learn and embrace Tanium’s value selling sales strategy
- Be an integral part of the fastest growing business in Tanium
The Right Candidate Will:
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle sales campaigns with a success of hitting quota
- 1+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
- Demonstrate passion about being part of a team focused on helping customers solve some of the most pressing needs in Security and IT, while helping drive innovation and collaborations across the business
- Possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to develop an effective sales strategy to ensure both short- and long-term goals are achieved while build a positive, fun place to work in a dynamic, demanding startup-like environment.

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 to $125,000 and this position will also be commission eligible. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay as required by law.
In addition to an annual base salary, team members will receive equity awards and a generous benefits package consisting of medical, dental and vision plan, family planning benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, transportation savings account, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, life, accident and disability coverage, business travel accident insurance, employee assistance programs, disability insurance, and other well-being benefits.
