Counter Sales Associate (FT/PT)

We are currently seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position, 3-4 days a week, that offers competitive pay of $16-$20/hr DOE with paid vacation and employee discount as a benefit. Responsibilities: • Dive into our product offerings and provide expert advice to customers on the best pool products and services for their needs • Conduct water testing and analysis using our state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that our customers' pools are clean and healthy • Keep the store clean and organized, and make sure that our displays are enticing and informative • Help our customers with their pool-related questions and provide top-notch customer service at every turn • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, and use our point-of-sale system to keep track of inventory • Work as part of a team to ensure that we are always exceeding our customers' expectations • Have fun and bring your love of pools to work every day! Benefits: • Competitive pay of $16-$20/hr DOE • Paid time off • Employee discount on pool products and services • Supportive work culture and opportunities for growth within the company Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous pool/spa sales experience required • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred • Ability to use computers and water testing machines • Experience conducting water testing and analysis preferred, but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed • Passion for pools and customer service At Fresh Pool Supply, we believe that work should be fun and rewarding.
