About the Role
We are looking for a Country Sales Manager with an established record of advertising sales leadership and revenue generation in the Malaysia market, as well as a deep interest and passion for online media and innovation. In this role, you will manage our sales efforts across multiple sales verticals for Malaysia. We want someone who loves our product, knows the market, clients, and media agencies, can build creative, long-term consultative solutions, and lead, motivate and grow a sales team. You should be confident without being arrogant, and hardworking while still knowing how to have fun.Â
This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Â
What You'll Do

In collaboration with the Region’s Head of Sales and peers, you will help define the sales strategy and drive execution across a variety of brand verticals and agencies in Malaysia.Â
- Collaborate with our regional customer success management team & regional campaign management teams in charge of the market to generate demand & convert sales revenueÂ
- Leverage your existing relationships in the top 4 Agency Holding Company's(Group M, IPG, OMG & Publicis) by building, sustaining, and growing a dedicated book of business together with the market teams. At the same time, proactively identify and seek out new client and industry relationships to optimize revenueÂ
- Represent InMobi Group in the advertising community by seeking out and participating at industry eventsÂ
- Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibilityÂ
- Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partnersÂ
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectationsÂ

Work with agency heads and their respective planning & implementation teams to include inMobi solutions in their digital media campaigns for MalaysiaÂ
Who You AreÂ
-
A minimum of 10-12+ years of digital advertising sales experience in the Malaysia marketÂ
- Candidates should possess a valid Work authorisation for Malaysia
- Experience in crafting vertical narratives, and engaging clients and agencies in long range strategic partnerships.Â

Strong relationships with agencies(especially with Group M, Publicis & IPG) , decision makers in the Malaysia market.Â
- Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy and measure advertising campaigns in Malaysia both programmatic and Insertion IO(brand business)Â
- Highly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationshipsÂ
- Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlinesÂ
- Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creativelyÂ
- Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideasÂ
- Strong presentation, communication, problem solving and negotiation skillsÂ
- Passionate about the future of Audio within the advertising media mixÂ
- Self-starter and results orientedÂ

Good external speaking and media interaction experienceÂ

Must know how to work on spreadsheets, PPT etc.
