ABOUT THE TEAM
We are building an innovative, new home service that spans the digital and physical worlds—from the details on a screen, to in-person, human-to-human interactions, and everything in between. Every member of the design team is charged with redefining expectations around what’s possible in the home industry by creating simple, seamless solutions to complex, previously unsolved problems.
What you’ll do:
You will collaborate with Designers, Marketers, UX Writers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to understand the goals of our business, brand, and products. You’ll be the central hub for all things Brand & Design Operations including Design Process Management, Program and Project Management, Resourcing, and Team Operations. You will play a critical, strategic role in defining the vision for our growing Design + Creative Department.Â

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:Â
- Coordinating creative projects through the execution pipeline based on project planning and roadmaps.
- Organizing and leading project prioritization with cross-functional teams.
- Managing resourcing for the creative team within our project management software.
- Conduct project and process retrospectives, take ownership of action items.
- Managing large-scale creative projects from briefing through launch, in collaboration with our project teams.
- Coordinating, creating and implementing of projects as requested.
- Championing and evolving the creative process as well as helping to educate team members on any updates.
- Managing the team budget and raising concerns where necessary.
- Connecting the dots across project pillars to create understanding and efficiencies where possible.
- Trafficking media to broadcast and network
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience with program management, production, design ops, or project management.
- You have experience with integrated marketing campaigns - including TV and Radio.
- You have exceptional organization skills—you prioritize what needs to get done, you identify and push through blockers, and ensure projects move forward from start to finish.
- You’re ambitious and operate well with ambiguity.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are a lover of creative culture—you want to create and maintain a fun, mission-driven, productivity-focused design team.
