Job Summary

The Sr. Manager Creative Services is a key role on the Bugcrowd Marketing team. We are in high growth mode and at a point where our visual brand is key to awareness in the market. The successful candidate demonstrates creativity in ideas and the ability to implement those ideas. Vision without an eye toward the details simply won’t get this job done. The Sr Manager, Creative Services ensures that the vision is created and enacted on time and on budget and they manage the people, processes, and technology that make it happen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain master marketing collaterals for branding and sales initiatives for all lines of business. Must routinely review marketing collaterals to ensure consistency in message, format, and marketing themes.
  • Provide creative input and direction on marketing collaterals, including content, messaging, design, color schemes, and styles by collaborating with the marketing and sales teams and manage external creative resources.
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas, revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas and provide feedback to their team.
  • Creates, updates, and maintains a structured marketing folder on company drive to house all marketing templates, master referral forms and collaterals, marketing authorization forms, and external customer marketing pieces. Produces and updates marketing policies and procedures for processes when necessary. Obtain approval of marketing policies and procedures by the executive team.
  • Directly works with and manages external vendors that provide marketing support services including but not limited to the website designers, graphic designers, web-site developers, digital marketing associates, and others involved in the branding of the company.
  • Directly manage and lead offshore marketing resources by assigning daily tasks, providing feedback on quality of work and performance and ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Help manage and maintain the digital marketing pipeline for the company, which includes social media posting.
  • Manage and maintain company web-based platforms, which will include routine review and updates of page content, page design and layout and announcements. This also includes working with cross-functional resources to manage company website.
  • Develop creative for marketing ebooks and user guides, training/sales enablement material and other project deliverables to meet the department needs.

Education & Experience

  • Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, fine art, design, or relevant field
  • Professional Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience in relevant field work
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana or Monday.
  • Experience working with marketing and client relations management tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working understanding of any software in marketing or digital field, such as graphic design, video editing, social media, project management.
  • Must have advanced proficiency with M.S. Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe, Design tools, internet, web-based applications, etc.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members and senior management. Excellent verbal, written communication with the ability to develop and present information in various formats.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently. 
  • Creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to multitask on a regular basis.
  • Strong analytical skills while maintaining attention to details, Innovative problem-solving techniques.
