We are looking for a stellar Creative Strategist who can strengthen our Business Development (BD) department.

The BD department reaches out to brands and agencies across PL, MENA and UK markets to help them deliver spectacular influencer marketing campaigns worldwide! 

In this position, you will be taking briefs from clients and conceptualising influencer marketing campaigns while working together with leading brands and agencies like Disney, Unilever, Dentsu, and IPG amongst many others.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• First and foremost develop creative ideas and strategies for influencer marketing proposals
• Assist in processing campaign briefs from clients and strategizing a compelling plan with the Business Development team
• Enhance current creative templates for campaign proposals
• Curate high-quality designs and mock-ups in the proposals
• Execute creative copywriting based on client's products and services
• Stay up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends and adapt these insights to develop a professional data-driven proposal.
• Update sales materials from time to time, including but not limited to sales decks, whitepapers, surveys, etc., to generate higher conversion.
• Improve internal and external communication material, including but not limited to influencer briefs and video content.

• 1 — 3 years of professional working experience
• Creative and and have a keen eye for detail, experienced with developing bespoke creative proposals
• Highly skilled in graphic design, video editing skills will be an added advantage
• Proficient with English verbal and copywriting skills
• Able to work well with people and possess great relationship-building skills
• Process-oriented and goal-driven individual 
• Stay to date with market and industry knowledge 
• Interested in digital and influencer marketing
• A self-driven multitasker under time pressure
