This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and client leadership, focused on driving measurable growth for high-profile creators, personal brands, and eCommerce companies. You will be responsible for turning audience insights into high-performing ad concepts and scaling them through Meta advertising campaigns. The position blends analytical thinking with creative execution, requiring a strong ability to connect messaging, storytelling, and data-driven optimization. You will work in a fast-growing, remote-first agency environment that values ownership, speed, and performance over hierarchy. This is a high-impact role where your strategic decisions directly influence campaign profitability and client growth. You will also act as a key client-facing partner, translating performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Accountabilities:
- Research audience segments, competitors, and market insights using social listening, reviews, and platform data to identify high-performing creative angles.
- Develop strategic positioning, personas, hooks, and messaging frameworks that drive engagement and conversions.
- Write and refine high-performing direct-response copy, including ad hooks, scripts, and creative narratives.
- Guide creative production by defining storytelling direction, messaging priorities, and asset requirements.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and scaling strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL) to identify winning creatives and optimization opportunities.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative and media buying decisions to continuously improve results.
- Lead client communication, presenting insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and proactive updates to ensure strong client alignment.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on performance-driven advertising and high-conversion messaging.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
- Deep understanding of key advertising metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, and CPL.
- Ability to connect creative strategy with measurable business outcomes and campaign performance.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with confidence presenting strategy and results.
- High-agency, proactive mindset with strong ownership and ability to drive projects independently.
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup or agency environments with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative intuition and trend awareness.
- Bonus: experience with creator brands, DTC/eCommerce growth, UGC ads, or multi-client management.
