This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transaction Manager based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote role focused on overseeing residential real estate transactions from contract execution through to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience. You will act as the operational backbone of the transaction process, coordinating multiple stakeholders including buyers, sellers, title and escrow partners, and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact timelines. You will play a critical role in keeping transactions moving efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-sensitive environment. With multiple concurrent deals in motion, you will need to balance precision with speed while maintaining full visibility across the pipeline. This is a highly autonomous role where ownership, proactivity, and consistency directly influence successful deal outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from contract execution through closing, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate daily with buyers, sellers, title and escrow companies, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment across all parties.
  • Track transaction timelines, contingencies, and contractual obligations while ensuring proactive follow-ups on all deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all transaction-related communication, ensuring clarity and responsiveness throughout the process.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks early and take corrective action to keep transactions on track.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and updates within CRM or transaction management systems.
  • Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across all transaction files and workflows.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in U.S. residential real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or closing management.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end residential real estate transaction processes.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse parties.
    • Experience using CRM systems or transaction management platforms.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
    • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain structure under pressure.
    • Experience in PropTech or high-growth environments is a plus.
    • Familiarity with multi-state U.S. transactions is an advantage.
