We’re a remote-first company with team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees so people can get the work done in the way that suits them best.

We know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to quickly build those relationships, we offer the opportunity to meet with coworkers in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually. Most of our roles are fully remote, but these opportunities to meet in person will involve limited amounts of travel. 

What the Role Is

Babylist is seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to join our growing email marketing team. It’s an exciting time in our email marketing program as we are launching new campaigns, experimenting with various CRM channels and tapping into personalization. You will be a key contributor in bringing CRM at Babylist to the next level. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between CRM strategy and CRM execution, partnering with stakeholders across the marketing, content, data and engineering teams in order to bring our strategy to reality. You will support the Sr. Manager of Email & Lifestyle Marketing by creating the strategic pitches and briefs for Babylist email campaigns and managing the campaign through various steps of the email process. 

Who You Are

• You are an expert brief writer with experience managing and launching marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
• You are able to think strategically about the requirements for each marketing campaign and have worked independently to research and acquire various elements and/or missing details that are needed to move the campaign forward
• You understand how to prioritize KPIs for campaigns and are able to manage timelines with key stakeholders
• You have strong project management skills and are able to monitor day-to-day progress of campaigns to ensure deadlines are met
• You are knowledgeable and experienced in reading and interpreting CRM data
• You have a working knowledge on how marketing emails are built and executed

• Be a key contributor in bringing CRM at Babylist to the next level as we are rapidly growing and scaling our channel
• Be the first CRM Campaign Manager and help fill in the gaps, clean up briefs, and ensure you have all of the proper information to launch a successful campaign
• Be an integral part of the growth of mobile marketing at Babylist
