We are looking for a strategic thinking entry-level candidate to join our rapidly growing team as a CRM Campaign Technical Coordinator. The coordinator will work on campaigns for Fortune 500 clients to set up, test and monitor integrations across their CRM efforts. The CRM Campaign Technical Coordinator will work closely with our team of account managers and will report directly to the Director of Operations - CRM. The coordinator will have the hands-on responsibilities of setting up campaign delivery for our clients, analyzing pacing, and monitoring campaign performance. We need an individual who is a fast learner, loves organization, and has strong verbal and written communication skills. While the role will quickly focus on several internal technical systems, a technical background is optional for consideration for this role.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

Setup and Launch: You will be responsible for building new client campaign integrations. This includes but is not limited to testing newly built integrations, providing test records for client approval, adjusting based on client review, documenting campaign setup, communicating campaign details, and finalizing and launching campaigns.  You will be held accountable for ensuring quality client campaign integrations. 

Monitor and Assess: You will monitor campaign delivery and update internal delivery tracking reports in this role. Alongside monitoring, you’ll troubleshoot issues and communicate questions and concerns to the proper teams (internally and externally), highlighting campaign delivery concerns for internal dissemination. You will independently approve test leads. Through tracking, you’ll be able to update campaign caps based on delivery & team direction. Monthly you’ll compile final processing stats. 

Delivery: In this role, you’ll onboard new publishers by documenting new placement demographic details and capabilities and aligning on the campaign setup process and timelines. Then you will process publishers internally for set up and prepare for and lead campaign launch calls. Once a publisher is onboarded, you’ll continue to lead monthly publisher alignment calls and regular placement monitoring. 

Support: In this role, you will work side by side with the Director of Operations - CRM to ensure we fulfill client campaigns at the desired delivery thresholds and minimize delivery disruptions. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have the desire to learn and grow in the CRM marketing space. 
  • You have meticulous attention to detail. 
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in written form. 
  • You will have a bachelor’s degree by the time of your start date. 

Salary range: $45,000 - 50,000
