Summary:ย Onbe is seeking a CRM developer who will initially be an individual contributor on this team, ideally looking to grow into a lead capacity. This role will understand the operational business strategy and define the information systems requirements to meet the business requirements. The developer will lead the development and maintenance of an internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert platform with commanding knowledge of Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model, and UI development. The right candidate will manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base and coordinate work through the agreed project management lifecycle using Agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strong hands-on CRM contributor and be able to grow to lead the team; Propose & design software solutions to address sophisticated business needs.
- Knowledge of application design activities, tools, and techniques; ability to use these to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
- Participate in all of the stages of the SDLC, write clean and functional code, and provide ongoing support and improvements to the core CRM system.
- Manage the D365 application in the cloud architecture, and work on multiple integrations.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and other business teams, collaborators, and leadership to ensure that business requirements are met and provide mentorship on how to approach new initiatives.
- Hands-on and proficient in technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems.
- Lead development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of solutions.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
- Review coding, testing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of significant tasks, work, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to apply these to deliver new or enhanced applications.
- Ability to implement packaged solutions and integrate custom development, databases, and cloud technology platforms with microservices.
- Ability to design, plan and implement application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience with Dynamics CRM.
- 5+ years experience in software development.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Azure experience preferred
- Heavily skilled with JavaScript and C#/.NET.
- Experience in D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Dynamics CRM skills - customizations, forms, sophisticated UI objects, plugins, workflow optimizations, and exposure to portals.
- Report and dashboard development
- Development of plugins and workflows.
- Superb communication and problem-solving skills are crucial.
The base salary range for this position is between $102,780 to $137,040 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbeโs employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
