Who you are

Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the Product Manager(PdM) will provide oversight for the CRM team overseeing Salesforce and related applications, being the primary point of contact on the T&I team. You will be responsible for platform strategy, leading and driving project initiatives and overseeing ongoing operations of critical services. The Director will work with business leaders to define strategic objectives, product roadmaps and will serve as an internal consultant for the use of Salesforce Platform technologies along with 3rd Party and custom solutions that form a supported architecture and operational environment for the business. You will collaborate with peer T&I leaders bridging the gap between the business and our technology platforms. You will set the vision and strategy of large transformational initiatives and provide oversight to both internal and partner resources to deliver business critical initiatives.

What you bring

• BS or MS degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience providing Sales Cloud configuration, development and support on Salesforce platforms
• Functional knowledge of the Marketing, Sales, and Support operations is required
• Multiple certifications in Salesforce preferably Sales Cloud
• Good understanding of continuous integration and delivery and automated testing processes.
• Experience in migration to Lightning from Classic.
• Must have worked on highly customized salesforce.com instances with large volume data and heavy integrations with external business applications.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and architectural reference diagrams
• Experience directing offshore and remote development teams.
• Understanding of Agile working practices.
• Agile / Scrum experience including running sprint grooming and planning meetings
• Experience identifying and describing product backlog
• Experience establishing priority of backlog stories
• Experience using Figma, Sketch other modern collaborative design tools

Bonus skills and experience

• Preferred prior experience as strategic architect with strong balance between business / functional and technical background

What success looks like

• You successfully lead the development and design of a technology vision, strategy, user stories and implementation path; ensures development of actionable strategies aligned with firm priorities
• You are responsible for capturing and establishing firm requirements and business cases to support key business capabilities and process enhancements.
• You architect all aspects of Salesforce, including design of robust, scalable and flexible solution architectures for implementation, configuration, custom development, refactoring, automated testing, deployment, and uptime.
• You manage CRM Technologies vendor relationships activities including product selection, renewal, license management, and issues resolution.
