Custom Home Framer

Custom Home Builder hiring in-house framer. We're putting together an in-house framing 5-men crew, and we need framers that has a lot of experience framing new construction custom homes from the ground up. This is hands-on work you will have your bags on. you'll be the in-house framer and be responsible of doing the following with the crew: - calculate framing material take-off including lumber and hardware - layout and snapping in the floorplan on the concrete slab - put up all walls, beams, and trusses - knows how to operate a framing forklift - wall and roof sheathing - build parapets and roof crickets - build architectural features like pop-outs, overhang, and niches - straight edge the entire house Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 per month License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Henderson, NV 89012 (Required) Work Location: In person
