We’re growing and we are looking to add a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Enterprise Marketing team.
Location
We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone.

In the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role, you will:
- Own Jungle Scout’s enterprise email marketing strategy from ideation to execution.
- Create and refine effective programs that leverage tenure and customer behavior data, and include a mix of triggered, targeted and broad educational campaigns.
- Work on a daily basis with tools like: Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft and Zendesk.
- Evolve our customer communication strategy, leveraging new and existing touchpoints to land qualified prospects and expand/retain existing customers
- Evolve the top of funnel experience, coming up with new ways to improve on demand generation efforts, position new content for the customer and ensure demand generation efforts convert.
- Work in concert with the Content Marketing Team and Marketing Project Manager to execute omnichannel projects like webinars, onboarding and more.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with product marketing, product management and engineering teams to ensure messaging of programs and product updates are accurate and meaningful to the customer.
- Write, execute and measure both customer and prospect newsletters.
- Build out new communication vehicles with customers, like chatbots.
- Write sales cadences, tailored to various campaigns and written in the voice of our sales team.
- Measure the success of your efforts using data and iterating where necessary to achieve growth.
Who you are:
- Stellar writing skills, with the ability to adapt to our brand voice to the content you’re writing
- 3+ years of experience with either Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Email Marketing as a discipline.
- Working knowledge of marketing and sales automation platforms like, Marketo and Salesloft
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to build reports and map out campaigns
- A frustration-free attitude toward testing and iteration. If at first a cadence doesn’t succeed, you are game to try again!
- Strong communication skills. Never worry if you’re overcommunicating. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
- The willingness to become a product expert and invest in learning about the business of selling on Amazon at the brand and retailer level.
- A growth mindset. You’re always thinking about new ways to capture the customer’s attention, create innovative lead generation experiences.
