We seek a Customer Marketing, Content Lead to join our virtual team. If you’re someone who has a passion to help create short videos, webinars, in-app tutorials, e-books, and other instructional content to help customers drive adoption and success with Givelify’s products, and you are a smart and resourceful content creator; a self-starter who's collaborative, creative, and passionate about the success of our faith-based and non-profit customers; in addition, you're a fast, thorough content creator who knows how to translate complex, technical topics into easy-to-understand content, and how to engage a community via various channels and can create the kind of content that works in a mobile, social world, and the challenge of scaling product success at a high performing Fintech-for-Good company sounds exciting, we would love to connect with you!
This role will sit on the Customer and Product Marketing team as a part of the larger Marketing Group and will work closely with Customer Experience, Product and our vibrant community of customers.
You’ll get to:
- Develop and design customer facing assets at each touch point in the customer lifecycle, beginning with onboarding and extending across all customer touch points, including customer-facing playbooks, infographics, short “how-to” videos, hands-on training curriculum, in-app tutorials, webinar slide decks, blog posts, interactive help articles, and e-books
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) on using Givelify for both organizations and donors
- Partner with in-house design and content team for content development; manage external vendors or contractor relationships as needed
- Lead A/B testing to better understand what multi-channel content forms drive specific behaviors
- Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve our content for a range of channels and audiences
- Develop and manage customer enablement content roadmap to ensure alignment between internal stakeholders
- Lead enablement for internal success and support teams, training teams on newly developed and launched content
- Build content strategy to drive improvement of target customer KPIs and report changes to Customer Experience and Product leadershi
You should bring mad skills & experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years general work experience within a B2B, SaaS environment
- 2+ years customer success, content development or marketing experience
- Experience using Camtasia, Loom, or other screen recording and editing software
- Experience updating copy or posting content in a CMS (WordPress)
- Excellent communication skills including demonstrated ability to produce training materials and to design and develop innovative, multimedia content
- Expertise creating presentations that effectively translate ideas and messaging into concise, compelling graphic material
- Exceptional team player and collaborator who can deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience writing effective copy, graphic design and video editing
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels
- Experience optimizing content for SEO
