Accountabilities

  • Direct and respond to telephone inquiries and written requests, processing changes in the system.
  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints and determining effective solutions.
  • Attract potential clients by answering questions and providing information about products and services.
  • Prepare and draft responses to routine correspondence and maintain records of insurance transactions.
  • Process rewrites and remarkets following established guidelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log and manage customer inquiries while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Provide quality service according to customer service standards.
  • Requirements

  • A RIBO licence is required.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
