This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Program Manager based in Canada.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery, driving the successful execution of complex SaaS implementation programs in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that ensure enterprise customers are onboarded smoothly and efficiently, from initial discovery through deployment and post-launch optimization. Working closely with engineering, product, and customer teams, you will translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans while managing timelines, risks, and dependencies. The role requires strong technical fluency, program leadership, and the ability to operate autonomously across multiple stakeholders. You will also play a key role in improving internal processes, reducing operational friction, and scaling delivery excellence across teams. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences customer success and product adoption across the insurance technology space powered.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end program execution for SaaS implementations, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and strong customer outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Build and maintain detailed program plans, proactively tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics to ensure program health and delivery effectiveness
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and customer success teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve delivery efficiency
- Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify product improvements and communicate them to engineering leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program/project management roles
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations in B2B enterprise environments
- Strong ability to define scope, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical execution plans
- Excellent project management and organizational skills across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working autonomously across cross-functional teams with strong communication and leadership skills
- Analytical problem-solving ability with complex systems and technical workflows
- Hands-on technical knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
