Customer Service Representative (Afternoon Shift)

We are currently in need of aNIGHTCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEfor our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Duties • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls • General office duties • Process all orders in a timely manner • Communicate with Customers, Sales Staff, Vendors and Employees • Maintain accurate inventory processes & procedures • Conduct research with inventory to help identify areas of opportunity • Candidate will learn to process credits, Invoices to Follow & Receiving • Offer friendly, helpful service with a smile Requirements • Good Math & English skills • Good PC skills, typing & strong 10-key by touch skills • Bilingual: fluent in English & Spanish A+ • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Able to work under pressure and with minimum Supervision • Previous food and/or Produce experience A+ Work Schedule • Candidate must be open to work a flexible work shift • Sunday nights through Friday nights • Days off are every Saturday and a day off during the work week • Must be willing to work overtime, if necessary • Normal shifts are 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3pm to 11:30pm, Starting rate of pay is: $21.00 per hour If you want to make a difference at a Company and have what it takes to be very successful, please apply with Indeed.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift • Evening shift • Night shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
