Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication processes, with the ability to read blueprints. This role requires hands-on, with the industrial manufacturing equipment such as mixers, reactors, and large industrial tanks. n various welding techniques and the use of hand and power tools.
Duties
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and weld symbols.
• Fabricate, repair and modify industrial equipment, including mixers, reactors and large process tanks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and fabricated components.
• Operate shop equipment including grinders, cutting torches, saws, and plasma cutters.
• Ensure precision fitting, alignment, and welding of components to meet engineering specifications.
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
• Miniman 5 years of welding/fabrication experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong background working with large-scale equipment (mixers, reactors, tanks or pressure vessels).
• Proficient in MIG. TIG and stick welding processes.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Skilled in layout, fitting, and precision measurement.
• Knowledge of Industrial safety practices and lookout/tagout procedures.
• Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
