It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Customer Success Associate to our growing team. Reporting to our Manager, Customer Success - Lighthouse, you will have the opportunity to work with our SMB customers and continue helping them get, grow and keep revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid grasp of customer success processes who’s looking to take their expertise to the next level.

As our Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing all post-implementation customer support during the customer lifecycle from product training to renewal
  • Securing annual subscription renewals 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all SMB clients during the Training and Support phases of their journey with Beyond
  • Performing regular check-ins with key stakeholders to ensure customer goals are being met
  • Proactively creating expert customer content (e.g. helpdesk articles, videos, training quizzes) to guide our customers
  • Iterating and improving the current offering to SMB clients - evaluate best practices and be a go-to resource for other teammates 
  • Hosting training webinars on revenue management best practices and how to effectively use our tool to increase revenue 
  • Proactively manage relationships to ensure customer retention and to maintain overall customer health 
  • Monitoring and reporting on the health and risk of accounts

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate: 

  • 1+ years of relevant customer success experience in a SaaS environment 
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role for a US based company 
  • Hands-on experience with product training to clients
  • Strong communication skills - you have experience explaining technical concepts to customers in a professional and thoughtful manner 
  • Experience being customer centric - you have the ability to understand customer pain points and genuine desire to help our customers resolve issues
  • Experience working with software or the ability to learn a wide variety of tools

  • Have a video conversation with someone on our Recruiting team. This is a high-level conversation about your experience and interest, but also an opportunity for you to learn more about us
  • Meet with the Manager of the team.
  • Complete an assignment relevant to the role and speak with 2 other managers. 
  • Have a final interview with our Co-Founder & CTO.
