The Role

Our Customer Success Associates will be working closely with our Emerging Market accounts to cultivate usage, adoption and retention of Bloomerang and its integrations. Through the use of email, chat and phone calls, the CSA will respond to inbound requests regarding account related issues, questions, and overall strategy to encourage retention and improve the customer relationship.


What You Will Do

  • Manage customer relationships through inbound tasks based on Bloomerang usage and non profit goals

  • Full understanding of the Bloomerang CRM to help problem solve, strategize and give clear next steps for customer issues 

  • Manage a high volume of email/chat requests about account related issues and know where to point the org to get their questions answered

  • In depth understanding of Bloomerang’s internal departments to better serve the customer quickly and efficiently

  • Prioritize outreach based on org needs, Bloomerang adoption and industry trends to ensure the right message goes to the right org at the right time


What You Need to Succeed

  • 1 year of related work experience

  • Beginning knowledge of Bloomerang CRM

  • General knowledge of the non profit space

  • Outstanding communication skills with a variety of customers and levels of technology knowledge, including developing and delivering presentations, written communication and engaging verbal communication to effectively establish & maintain credibility.

  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to deal with high volume of requests, prioritize outreach, while still having the customer relationship at the forefront

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $50,000, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
