About the Role:
We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to join our sales team. This person will be responsible for all phases of the client renewal process for all of our P&C clients. This person will handle all upselling, retention, and overall account growth for their book of business. This person will understand the customer’s business objectives, the technical components of our solutions, and utilize a deliberate sales methodology in achieving sales objectives.
The successful candidate will have a deep network working within the P&C space, demonstrate enterprise software customer success expertise, and a desire to build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- The customer success manager will work closely with our Sales Executives to establish and build long-term business relationships within designated accounts and execute on-account plans jointly made
- Build and sustain customer relationships while driving the adoption and expansion of the Gradient AI platform in order to exceed our revenue goals
- Lead all aspects of the renewal process including new business development, client research, objection handling, demoing, closing, and follow up
- Craft compelling statements of work and pricing proposals
- Master our value proposition today and as the competitive landscape evolves
- Hit, achieve, and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of enterprise software customer success experience
- Experience working in the P&C claims space is a must
- Solid track record managing and developing customer relationships
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills; experience running technical demos & ability to demonstrate ROI through the use of technology
- Prior experience working with C-level executives
- Ability to work in a self-driven manner within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
