Customer Success (Account) Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Nymbl is searching for a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and outcomes. This individual contributor will report to the VP of Customer Success and act as a liaison between external customers and internal team members, beginning after the initial sale and continuing throughout the life of the contract. The CS Manager is responsible for monitoring account health, driving the team toward contracted targets and internal optimization, ensuring account retention, and identifying opportunities to expand projects with existing customers.Â

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THE ROLE

 Build effective relationships with your assigned accounts
-
Ensure retention of accounts
-
Identify and advocate for opportunities to expand accounts
-
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, pursuing a customer-centric approach and finding solutions that meet the needs of our clients, users and Nymbl

Use data to understand, monitor and optimize performance
-
Be responsive to customer requests and needs; coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide answers and information quickly and accurately

Operate with transparency, integrity and trust

Support Nymbl’s mission and demonstrate our values internally and externally

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
-
A passion for our mission and alignment with our values
-
Several years experience in account management or customer success, or related experience in relationship management
-
Junior - 2-5 years of experience
-
Senior - 5-15 years experience
-
-
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
Preferred:
-
Experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, health plan operations, Quality/Stars, and/or clinical programs
-
Experience in government agencies, especially those related to provision of health care

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 depending on level.

What to expect in the hiring process:Â

First interview with hiring manager (½-1 hour)

Panel or individual interviews with representatives from related teams within Nymbl (up to 2 hours total).

Culture interview - panel of people you might work with to determine alignment of your work style with our mission & values (1 hour)

Final interview with hiring manager (½ hour)
Compensation Range: $90K - $130K
