Are you interested in becoming a part of the Reuters News & Media organization, a division within Thomson Reuters, that is the largest global news brand delivering business, tech and finance content that professionals rely upon around the globe? We have an exciting role driven by our commercial growth to work with clients and our internal teams as Customer Success Manager, Activation. In this role, you will be working in a team environment and overseeing digital and content campaigns that leverage our full product portfolio. This role is primarily a post sales role that will oversee some of our largest deals that incorporate cross platform elements to ensure the highest level of customer service through campaign execution and in post campaign reporting. It will also inform pre-sales and will closely align with the Digital Sales Planners and US sales team working on our largest strategic partnerships. This position will report into the Americas Sr. Commercial Director.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Customer Success Manager, Activation you will:
  • Act as liaison with sales, ad ops, audience development, and project management across our largest deals
  • Organize and streamline communication/deliverables to the clients at kick-off and throughout the campaign
  • Create Standardized Campaign Checklists for deliverables and collaborate with internal teams as a main point of contact
  • Provide clients with campaign insights mid and post campaign to showcase performance and encourage renewals
  • Manage and oversee campaign benchmarks to aid in pre-sale as well as to inform future campaigns for best practices.
  • Effective presentation skills to lead client conversations through activation of campaigns and campaign insights


About You

You're a fit for the role of Customer Success Manager, Activation if you:
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years' experience working in digital publishing with post sales and client facing experience
  • Have a bachelor's degree and familiar in managing campaign reporting and optimizing campaigns to hit client's KPIs
  • If you are a highly organized professional that can juggle many tasks simultaneously working to meet deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is instrumental to driving success across a matrixed organization

As required by the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL) for New York City based roles, the base compensation range for this position is $78,400 - $145,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
