Are you ready to make a difference? Parallel is seeking a stellar Customer Success Manager to join the K-12 Partnerships team! In this role, you’ll be directly managing relationships with our K-12 partners from the initial implementation through to renewal.Â
As the Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor shepherding new K-12 partners through to a successful implementation of Parallel services to ensure these partners maximize the value they get from Parallel and continue to grow with us.Â

What You’ll Do- Serve as the face of Parallel and liaison between K12 Partners and internal Parallel teams. Act as an advocate for the partner’s needs and best interests.Â
- Lead new school onboarding and implementation from beginning to end, serving as implementation project manager between our sales, clinical, and care coordination teams
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and retention of Parallel’s services.
- Ensure that K12 partners are leveraging Parallel services to achieve success and measurable outcomes.
- Identify areas of need where Parallel’s services are of value and maximize lifetime value for each partner. Ensure customers are aware of Parallel’s suite of services and cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
- Plan and complete regular account reviews with partners to enhance the customer journey with particular focus on customer satisfaction, usage of services, and alignment with expected outcomes
- Own all aspects of Parallel’s relationship with school district partners after they launch services with ParallelÂ
- Support the success of onboarding and implementation for each K-12 partner in close coordination with the Clinical Operations and Implementation teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance team strategy (e.g. sales, operations, finance) and drive growth and success for Parallel.Â
This position is perfect for someone with several years of experience in customer success and/or account management, particularly with the relevant experience in the K-12 education space. What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales
- Proven experience carrying and exceeding quotas in fast-paced, high-growth organizationsÂ
- To be a strong and empathetic communicator over phone and email
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Hunger to learn, grow, and succeed within a fast-paced start-up environment!
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Bonus points if you have prior experience partnering with schools and school districts Â
