How you’ll Contribute:
- Assist Account Managers with maintaining or increasing renewal rates
- Expand revenue opportunities by communicating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to Account Executives and Account Managers
- Influence future customer lifetime value through higher product adoption
- Meet or exceed department goals for NPS scores with all customers
- Communicate with other departments on ways to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output of all clients related task and deliverables
- Onboard new clients owning kick-off calls
- Provide maintenance and monitoring to exceed customer expectations
- Respond to Customer Success Zendesk tickets
- Live demonstrations and public speaking for product demonstrations
- Monitor customer/concerns, follow up on outstanding deliverables
- Proactively engage and reach out as their “single point of contact”
- Utilize Salesforce and Jira to ensure activities and opportunities are well documented
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years plus experience in a customer facing role
- Mac proficiency, G-Suite, SFDC, Zendesk
- Strong communication, presentation, and education skills
- Comfortability with software
- Ability to function in a self-directed environment
- Detail Oriented – you must be able to notice small details and fit them within the larger picture
- Excellent communicator with exceptional listening, speaking, and writing skills
- Passion for identifying and solving problems
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Combined background of business and technical knowledge
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Experience with a variety of web/mobile sites, such as eCommerce, brochure, portal, etc.
- Experience working in fast paced start-up environments
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with acute attention to detail

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
