We operate a large fleet of vehicles that we provide to rideshare, last mile, and taxi drivers on a flexible basis. We invest heavily in our technology and our people to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.
We're looking for an outstanding Customer Support Associate to join our onsite Orlando, FL team! In this role, you will handle service requests for our customers, lead our on-site operations, analyze trends in customer management, and develop processes. We are growing quickly, so there may be other projects and tasks you’ll be able to help with! This role is anticipated to require up to 20% travel to other US markets.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with onsite partners to guarantee operational success
- Own the customer experience for all in-person, phone, and email interactions with professional drivers
- Complete driver onboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching)
- Provide a seamless vehicle rental process (prep vehicles, process returns, and physical recoveries)
- Manage driver accounts
- Schedule vehicle service, bodywork, and inspections
- Utilize knowledge of the rideshare industry to provide the best possible customer support
What we look for
- 1-3 years of customer service and operational experience
- Impeccable communication and time management skillsÂ
- Spanish proficiency required
- Passion for delivering a superb customer experience and working with diverse groups of people
- Keen attention to detail and strong desire to learn
- Availability to work Monday-Friday as well as rotating weekends & holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to provide coverage as needed across US locations (up to 20% travel anticipated)

Compensation range: $50,000-$70,000
