This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing day-to-day inquiries and requests for valuation and data solutions. You will interact directly with clients, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring orders are processed accurately. The position combines customer service, problem-solving, and operational support, offering opportunities to collaborate across multiple departments. Accountabilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive customer relationships through daily communication.
  • Respond promptly to high-priority voice and email requests.
  • Provide accurate status updates on orders and facilitate timely order completion.
  • Support customer implementation and resolve returned product issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and workflows are optimized.
  • Identify patterns and trends to recommend process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

  • Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate large datasets.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team during normal and peak workloads.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred; experience in Quality Assurance or commercial teams is a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
