About You
Nutrafol is looking for an experienced Customer Tech, Product Owner to join our Customer Team. The ideal candidate has a strong bias for action and experience supporting mobile apps, customer web experiences and other customer facing digital experiences. In this role, you will report to the VP, Customers & Retention, and play an integral role in the delivery of all customer facing technology, bringing to life digital experiences that allow us to deliver on our commitment to customers. You’ll identify opportunities, manage the product roadmap and partner with internal and external teams to deliver on roadmap priorities. Â
Responsibilities
- Work closely with retention, CX, digital product and engineering teams to build out and optimize features and solutions with the potential to drive short and long-term customer value and business impactÂ
- Help launch products and features on multiple platforms to enable our customers to leverage all the resources available to themÂ
- Gather business requirements from Customer team leadership and other stakeholders, define product requirements, write user stories, and approve completed work as part of user acceptance testing
- Build out Nutrafol’s retention marketing automation product strategy and own the capabilities roadmap
- Evangelize new features and capabilities with stakeholders, providing training and support as needed
- Stay up to date with customer insights and industry trends and make recommendations for product improvements and new features that support retention efforts
- Work with engineering and data team to oversee the flow of data between marketing tech tools to ensure events/attributes meet marketing needsÂ
- Work with marketing vendors to troubleshoot and implement new marketing automation and audience orchestration tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in program management, computer science, and/or similar field
- 5+ years technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years end to end product delivery experience, including proven skills in all stages of the product life cycle (gathering requirements, user stories, wire-framing, testing, triage)
- Experience in product management in a subscription-based business
- Experience with feature delivery, tradeoffs, owning and driving roadmaps, and contributing to engineering and technology-related discussions & decision-making in a data-driven environment
- Experience working on scrum teams and with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- Deep understanding of customer needs and managing a tech stack, such as in-app purchase configurations (e.g. App Store Connect, Google Play), content management systems, and analytics tools
- Â Marketing automation expertise (CDPs, Journey Automation, MMPs, email/push marketing platforms)
- Â Motivated and analytical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, earn trust with stakeholders, leverage experimentation, and communicate effectively
- Experience juggling multiple projects, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other regulations and how they impact a marketing tech stack implementation and customer journeys
