Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our enterprise clients call response team. As a Data Analyst at Interapt, you will be responsible for turning data into valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, analyze complex datasets, and provide meaningful reports and visualizations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and objectives
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
• Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights in the data
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel is a must have

• Experience with data visualization tools is a must have (e.g., Power BI)
• Experience working with a ticketing system (eg, ServiceNow) is preferred
• Ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data using programming languages preferred(e.g., Python, R)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
