What does the role offer?
The Data Analyst Manager is responsible for leading a team of intermediate and experienced analyst supporting the Global Financial Services and AP organizations. This position functions as a liaison between the multiple finance organizations within Raytheon Technology.
In addition to the general daily responsibilities, this role provides you an excellent opportunity to lead and participate in automation, integration, and process improvement projects. These projects will require you to work with stakeholders to develop requirements and manage the execution within your team.
This is a corporate/shared services role, supporting the various businesses in the Raytheon portfolio. You'll act as a liaison between the multiple organizations and become a subject matter expert. This means you'll build relationships with the financial leadership of all of the businesses we support. Building this network will facilitate your career development.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Set team objectives and provide guidance on execution/approach for achievement of operational results
- Manage team deliverables
- Understanding of policies, practices, and procedures that impact analytics
- Support ad hoc reports as requested by Finance Management and Business Unit finance
- Respond to internal and external audit requests.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate has 8+ years of general finance experience gained in a large corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of general Finance and/or Accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to update and create new SQL queries based on needs
- Strong Knowledge of Tableau or Qlik with the ability to update and create new dashboards
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills demonstrated through communication to team, peers, and management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at any level of the organization
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Self-starter who requires minimal management oversight

- Experience with SAP is strongly preferred

Required Education and Experience
- This role typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 5 years

- This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
